Because we serve children of all neurotypes and developmental stages, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of digital privacy, transparency, and data safeguarding.

Our Core Guarantee: JASE Center does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or your children's information. Data collected is strictly used to deliver safe gym programming, process event bookings, communicate with families, and fulfill legal safety requirements.

  • No Direct Child Data Collection: Our website, booking systems, and online platforms are designed exclusively for parents, legal guardians, and authorized caregivers. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
  • Verifiable Parental Consent: All child-related information (including first name, age/birthdate, emergency contacts, sensory profiles, or allergy alerts) must be provided directly by a parent or legal guardian during registration, party booking, or waiver execution.

  • No Behavioral Profiling: We never profile children, track child activity across third-party websites, or display targeted advertising to children.

To safely operate our facility and provide enriching experiences, we collect:

A. Parent & Guardian Information

  • Full name, home address, email address, phone number, and emergency contact details.
  • Account credentials for members accessing our family portal.

B. Participant & Child Information

  • Child’s first and last name, age, date of birth, and relationship to the adult.
  • Health, sensory accommodations, physical limitations, or allergy alerts voluntarily disclosed to ensure safety in our play zones.
  • Executed digital liability waivers and attendance records.

C. Payment & Transaction Details

  • Billing address and transaction history. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe via end-to-end encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant tokenization. JASE Center never stores full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

D. Technical & Device Information

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and anonymous usage telemetry collected to maintain site security, prevent fraudulent bookings, and ensure rapid page loading.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use family information solely for legitimate operational and safety purposes:

  • Facility Operations: Scheduling Open Play visits, reserving private birthday parties, enrolling in school readiness programs, and verifying check-ins.
  • Health & Emergency Readiness: Alerting staff to emergency contacts, severe allergies, or special sensory considerations during gym play.
  • Family Communications: Sending booking confirmations, party reminders, schedule changes, and weather or safety advisories.
  • Security & Legal Compliance: Maintaining digital waiver archives as required by Florida liability and premises safety laws.

5. Information Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We disclose information only to vetted service providers necessary for our daily operations:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
  • Class Scheduling & CRM: Secure cloud-hosted reservation and waiver management software.
  • Legal & Emergency Authorities: Only when strictly required by Florida law, court order, or to prevent immediate physical harm to a child or guest.

We do not share your contact information with third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or data brokers under any circumstances.

6. State Privacy Rights (Florida & California CCPA/CPRA)

Under applicable United States consumer privacy statutes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, families enjoy specific rights:

Waiver documents and incident logs are retained in accordance with Florida statutory limitations for premises liability and injury claims involving minors. Contact information is retained for as long as your family maintains an active membership or booking account with us.

9. Photography & Media in Our Gym

We love celebrating our community's milestones! However, we deeply respect family privacy. Our staff will never post identifying photos of your child on social media or marketing materials without prior express verbal or written permission. If you prefer that your family not be included in any background gym photos, simply inform our front desk team upon check-in.
